Hi all,

does anyone know of good markers/antigen retrieval or amplification
procedures  for T cell and Bcell ID/characterization in formalin fixed
paraffin embedded tissue?  I can only get them to work in frozens?  CD3,
CD3e, CD45R, ......any assisitance is appreciated.
