Since the dispensing well sits over the barcode slide only , it is highly 
unlikely that you would get any leaking over to another slide, the problem is 
in the other direction, did so much leak out that it did not hit slide at 
all, did it only dispense 100ul, or more
, and can the dispensers (detection as well) run dry and you have no staining 
at all(like a dry secondary you may have not sight checked?
