Hi Dave,
I use Dako clone L26 for B cells and Dako polyclonal CD3 for T cells.
L26 does not necessarily require retrieval and for CD3 I use 0.05% pronase E for
15 minutes at room temperature. You'll have to work out the titres to suit your
detection system.
