Dear Donald
We store all control slides at 5 degrees celcius refrig in slide boxes, many
tissues are sensitive to oxidation or loss of antigenicity. I have tested
this over the last(too many years to say) and found others such as KI-67,
PCNA, P53, Cerb-2, etc. to be affected as well. I am in Philadelphia, city of
brotherly love, chronic sinusitis and high humidity in certain seasons.
Dana
