I'm also interested in purchasing Freida Carson's  textbook but the second edition that Peggy is talking about is also hard to come by.  So, back to the Ginny's original question, does anyone know where to find this text or when a reprinting will be available?

Did you ask for the 2nd Edition, 1997? The first edition (1990) is
definitely out of print.
