    I asked the same question a while ago. In spite of the help of the histonet this antibody still remains stubborn. We got a hint of staining once, but it was not nuclear and it was present in the negative control too, indicating it was not a reaction between the antibody and any
antigenic determinants. I don't expect any improvement any time soon, but I'm still trying! PLEASE, let me know if you are able to get anything. If I find anything I'll post it, no need having other techs loose hair over this too.
