Hi Kathy,

We treat some specimens differently according to age.  Foreskins, tonsils
and adenoids are "grossed only" on children, and processed and stained for
adults.  We used the age cut-off on these types of specimens to reflect
age-related competencies.  CAP accepted this for Histo.
