Hi all-

has anyone ever done immunohistochemistry in lung tissue to detect RSV 
Fusion protein (F protein)?  I am working with a mouse model of RSV 
infection and am planning on using a Serotec antibody on frozen mouse lung 
sections to detect RSV in epithelial cells.
