I sent this yesterday, but have not seen it come through.  The book is in the 
process of reprinting by the ASCP press - not a new edition - just 
reprinting.  It should be ready this month.  Majors does not have any copies. 
 Some vendors have handled it in the past, but I am not sure about this 
source.  The best bet is to order directly from ASCP Press and it will be 
mailed out as soon as the reprinting is complete.  When I inquired about 3 
weeks ago, I was assured that it would only be a few weeks, so it may be 
ready now.
