The cut off period for the submission of all NSH year 2000 awards has been
extended to 15 May. All nominations/applications and supporting information
must be postmarked by 15 May, 2000. Information pertaining the awards and
appropriate forms may be obtained by contacting the national office,
telephone 301-262-6221 or via
