We autoclave the handled requisitions from grossing area .   Place the req's
in a cardboard file (keeps them flat),wrap with an autoclave cloth and
autoclave tape sterility control. The transcriptionist picks them up the
next A.M. .  We make a photocopy of faxed requisitions as they do not
