Hello everyone!
I'm hoping that someone out there has had some experience with staining for
beta-gal on paraffin embedded tissue sections. We've gotten it to work on
frozens but I've been spoiled with paraffins and would prefer to use them
instead. The only problem is that the beta-gal doesn't seem to be as eager as
I am to switch over. Any advice (recommended antibody to use, detection
method, pretreatment of tissue, etc.) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
for all your help.
