I am looking for information on a couple of things:

    First,  I am having trouble with red blood cells autofluorescing
when using a fluorescein tunel kit.  Any suggestions????

    Second, does anyone have a protocol or suggestion on neonate
perfusions?  I work with p6-p8 rat pups and want to clear the
capillaries of red blood cells in the eyes.  So far I have not been
successful.

    Please help if you can.
