Patsy and Phyllis,

We do all of our IHC by hand so I don't have any information about an autostainer. We use an ABC procedure with DAB. All of our formalin fixed tissue gets pretreated for 1 minute in 88% Formic Acid for antigen retreival. We use a wide assortment of antibodies, most of which we make here, but there are a few that we use that are commercially available. 6E10, 4G8 are two beta-Amyloid antibodies that come to my mind. If you want more information about these antibodies just let me know.

Shelley K.
