After decades of sterling service our old Leitz CO2 freezing microtome 'died'.
We replaced it with a new Leica CM 1325 CO2 microtome in 1995 and we can
highly recommend it.
We only cut fixed tissue to demonstrate fat and stain 'free floating'
sections with oil red O.
