Laboratory" 
according to NCCLS" GP2-A3 the sample for the reagents section state " Label 
all laboratory reagents with the name of the solution as underlined, date of 
preparation, expiration date, storage information, and preparer's initials.  
Store all reagents in an appropriately sized glass bottle unless otherwise 
noted."
