Hi,
    We are not using any epitope retrieval for this antibody, also the antigen
is adversely affected when in the presence of heat. Our staining procedure
uses Envision + (mouse) for 30 minuites and a 30 minute primary incubation
period (We also use the Signet antibody, I'm sure you'll find it to be a good
antibody once you get it up and running). Formerly we used LSAB+ in the same
way with the same results. As for controls we screen each patient we test and
cut a few extra on positive cases to use as controls.
