Each microtomist selects her batch (we are all females), trims the whole lot and
places each block on a cooling plate so that at the end of trimming, about 40
blocks, the first ones would have cooled sufficiently for cutting. Our climate
is quite hot over here, so we do need to cool the blocks properly.
