I apoligize if this message is a repeat, but I am new. We fix skeletal
muscle in STRECK tissue fixative, and subsequently freeze the muscle in OCT
embedding compound. We have had a terrible time getting these muscle
sections to stick to our slides (Fisher superfrost-plus, electrostatically
treated slides). On the other hand, mouse embryos treated this way stick
to the slides fine. Any help-suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
