CAP documentation of PA work

Does anyone have a source of information to write the CAP documentation for
non-pathologists doing PA work? Are there published instructions for this
anywhere?
I'm trying to write the necessary answers to questions 8.1162, 8.1163, and
8.1164 in the CAP queationaire and while I know WHAT they do , I need
acceptable wording.
