Hi Richard and everyone else, from home this time!

In my last posting re this issue, the statement was "there was a lot of
hearsay (now correct) and embellishment (also now correct)". This is a
true statement, but equally there were real concerns expressed as well,
but not as many as the rumour machine would have lead me to expect. I do
agree however, that the company did try to play down problems by
suggesting that our complaint was unique.

As I have alluded to, the response from the company could have been
better initially, but following a round of discussions on the histonet
some more positive action was generated. Once on the case the service
was excellent and our problems seem to have been resolved.

Now a question for Leica. Any movement on the user group?
