I agree completely. Not that I'm being a voyeuristic "lurker," but Histonet
does provide us with a valuable source of information on subjects like this.
Every time information has to change hands, there's a possibility of delay or
subtle changes in the urgency of a situation. And keep in mind, a vendor is
somewhat removed from his manufacturer. So if there are issues with
equipment, I don't see any problem with letting us know about them through
Histonet. It certainly seems to be the most direct route to getting a
response!
