Hi Carol
We are using mo-a-CD138, clone B-B4 regularly on bone marrow biopsies
(FFPE), where it works nicely. Surprisingly the results on other
FFPE-tissues (lymph nodes, intestines, etc.) are not as good, didn't find
out yet why ('positive' effect of decalcification for bone marrow
trephines?). Purchased it from Serotec (www.serotec.co.uk). Working conc. 2
ug/ml, pretreatment: HIER-citrtate in a pressure cooker with 7 min. at full
pressure. Hope this helps.
