As a non-user, it is good - very good - to see that Vector are taking 
notice AND doing something about Gayle's gripe about their bottle 
design.
That's another big bonus of histonet folks.  I wonder how quickly 
the issue would have been addressed if the whinge had been made 
 privately by some individual, let alone someone of Gayles stature! 
(She'll have me for that!)
