I haven't looked at the standards recently, but the average block cutting per 
tech was supposed to be 50-75 blocks daily and then their other 
responsibilities. I too would like to know how we track productivity on Ihc, 
specials ,grossing, etc.I truly feel my people work beyond their 
capacity.Does the block average cover controls?
How about when they gross? Please keep me posted or anyone out there who has
