I run a control slide for each case, one mouse one rabbit, covers detection 
interference, and the monoclonal,and polyclonal issues. My positive control 
has in-bound negative areas as well.If the antibody needs retrieval I 
retrieve the controls as well, same for enzyme, or any other pre-treatments.
