                                   Been reading some of your inquiries on
IHC improvements.   Just recently,  American Biosafety is introducing
Cell*Prep as a new immuno stain enhancer.  The solution is very unique and
requires a 15 minute treatment with no microwaving, steaming or heating.
The solution works at room temperature, following by rinsing in deionized,
distilled or TBS.  Results compare to pressure steam cookers,  but without
tissue lifting or inconsistent results.   Cell*Prep has a two year
expiration date and does not have to be stored in the refrigerator.
