Hi Jen
Strangely so....I was looking for a similar article. I am also doing the
TUNEL technique (Boehringer Mannheim) and intend to do double labelling
soon. However , I find that with the TUNEL technique, staining is not
totally optimal, in that: although most of the apoptotic cells are staining
beautifully, there are a few cells that look apoptotic but are negative.
Can't quite explain it! Have you had any similar experiences?
