We use a punch clock, for arrival and completion time, we randomly pick out 
frozen sheets for qa(20-30) look at turnaround time , to see if we are on 
average. I intend to track for approx 6 mos and if we are 20 min or less, 
then will discontinue the practice , unless a complaint is made.
