I have just one question--and perhaps the answer is obvious....But, I wonder 
how clean the requisitions are if they have come from the OR?  My knowledge 
of OR procedures is limited, so maybe this is a dumb question.  Is the 
paperwork filled out at a desk, next to the specimen container which may or 
may not have body fluids on it (inadvertantly, of course!)  Please enlighten 
me!!
