We use the sequena racks and love them. You do have to rinse 3 times at 5 minutes each whenever you have a rinse in your procedure. I was told this by my sales rep way back and it's always worked great for us.

I bought 4 sequenza rack and so far are not really happy with them. I am
having a problem with faint staining. Someone suggested using triton X in by
PBS and now I am getting background all over my slides. Do I need to do the
rinses more that one time? When you converted over to using the coverplates
did you have to retiter all of you antibodies? Any ideas would be helpful.
