You may be alarmed to know that the same, pig fat bacon has now 
infiltrated these islands - particularly in sandwiches!
However, the beer remains unaffected by the froth studies - unless 
you drink lager.
The advent of "micro-breweries" is the greatest contribution to the 
civilisation of America since I've been visiting!
The "tin hat" irefered to in my message to John Kiernan (and 
others) will be in my luggage when next I visit!
