I have used Histobond, added to the water bath for my routine H&E and
generally use the PLUS slides for special stains or if I am sending out
unstained slides to another facility.
The last two bottles of Histobond have not worked as well as in the past,
have you heard of anyone else having problems with the tissue washing off?
Nothing else has changed as far as what I do, or the reagents I use.

Subject: adhering tissues to slides

I am trying to find out what people are using as far as reagents or adhesion
slides to fix their tissues/specimen to slides and what it is that they are
fixing. Any help would be appreciated.

Cindy
