Mickie. Did you type that right that you only record frozen turnaround time 
ONCE each MONTH?? Seems like that would not be nearly enough to get good 
data. The labs I worked in recorded turnaround for each frozen done.

We track FS TAT by logging in frozens for 1 day in every month. This is done
by the techs. I report these results quarterly and the results also go to
Administration. This is part of our CQI process.
