Hi Kim,

You must use Ventana's detection reagents on their instruments; at least the
ES and genII.  They do have a research program available that allows one to
use a different secondary than theirs.  This is primarily for research
purposes.  Maybe the confusion comes from the fact that the instrumentation
allows one to use anyone's primary antibodies.
