The Department of Anatomic Pathology at the University Hospital 
Medical Center at Stony Brook is seeking a full time Histology 
Supervisor.  A baccalaureate degree in biology, medical technology or 
other life science is required.  ASCP or eligible in Histology 
required.  Candidates must have at least six years experience in 
histology.  In lieu of a baccalaureate degree, a minimum of 90 
credits toward a BS degree in biology, medical technology or life 
science with an additional 2 years of histology experience will be 
accepted.  Excellent verbal/communication skills are considered 
essential for this position.
Two of the six years experience served in an 
administrative/supervisory capacity is preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
