We were inspected by CAP in 1999, and the inspector wanted to see where we
were loging in our frozens and were we meeting the time requirement.  He
also wanted to see my QC reports for monitoring the turnaround time.  We
have a log book where we log in the time the frozen arrived(we clock in the
case via time clock), the case number , clock out time and if it did not
meet the time requirement  we give a reason why.  Ou inspector was very
picky.
