For your interest, the results of replys re: solutions used for
peroxidase block:
27 replies
13 use 3% H2O2 in Water
9 use a commercial kit (5 of which were from Zymed)
5 use 3% H2o2 in Methanol; those who specified which all use
AnalaR grade.
Thanks to all those who replied - it's always interesting to see how
others out there in histoland do things!
