I was wondering if anyone had a method for doing IHC staining for CD4 and
CD8 in Cynomolgus Monkey tissues.  We are beginning to develop a study where
this is an endpoint we will want to look at in lung and lymph node tissues.
No decision has been made yet as to the type of fixatives we will be using.
We would prefer to do this in paraffin-embedded tissues.  

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
