Cgs & Histonetters,

In doing this project, is there an underlying
possibility that an "Anatomic Pathology Leader" or any
name with "leader" is being considered?

I remember when I started seeing/hearing about these
"leader" positions. It represented down sizing and
cost cutting to me but I'm not sure that is true in
all situations.

It seems that a "leader" position is the hospital's
way of having a manager manage the lab without the
name and pay. Saves pesos this way!??

It this widespread right now?
