For those waiting:

My students received the HTL practical list 04/12.

From past experience, I would say the HT lists should
be received this coming week. (I asked why the week
difference once, and ASCP stated that they send out
the HTL first, because there are fewer of them (usually
about 40), and then mail out all the hundreds of HT
lists after that.
